Concierge Disembarking - Wonder

Could anyone please share how disembarking works for concierge guests when you get back to Vancouver after the Alaska cruise. Also, can anyone confirm who are the Concierge hosts on the current Alaska voyage? Thanks in advance.

We were concierge in Alaska, but it was 2013, we were guided to the front to disembark but we choose to take our luggage ourselves rather than leave it out at 10 pm.
