Concierge Costs?

I'm thinking about possibly upgrading to concierge at the Poly for our stay this September. Is this something that can't be done online? When I try to make a ressie to check on the cost, nothing for concierge comes up, so what have you all paid for concierge? I'd like to get a rough idea before I call into CRO and get potential whiplash!
