I can't believe it, but I'm just 72hours away from our 60 day mark. I've been digesting every tidbit of information from these boards and I also bought myself the Passporter deluxe edition. I think I've finally figured out which dining rotation to request and my Palo reservation. It seems like it's hit or miss with receiving a letter from the concierge staff before your trip and I'm a self-described overplanner who will explode if I don't have everything done ahead of time  Seriously, it's just that my cousin is bringing her 2 boys along and I want to make sure it's okay that we link the reservations for dining. She's not staying in concierge though, does anyone know if that will be a problem? I don't imagine that it would be just for the dining rotation and table request. Anyone out there have a phone number or preferably e-mail address for the concierge staff? Please feel free to PM me if that's more appropriate.

Thanks,
Tammi

Hi Tammi,

I am the same way, I like to have everything planned out in advance. To link your reservations for dinning rotations just call DCL or your TA and ask them to link the reservations. This way you will be on the same rotation and at the same table.

Last year we received a letter from concierge but this year we booked through a TA and did not receive one. So I called the guest services number listed on the website and explained I was trying to reach on shore concierge services and why and they connected me. It takes some explaining with some of the CMs because they will tell you that you will meet with the concierge team once on board, but I just told them I know from past experiences I can talk to a concierge person and request dinning rotations and Palo reservations.

Email me and I will dig up the Concierge # for ya.

LeiLani, That's all I really want to do is make the Palo reservation, request a dining rotation of Parrot Cay-Triton's-Animators Palate and ensure that my cousin will be seated with us. We both already have the late dining and that's what we wanted anyway. We're not planning on doing any excursions and I think we'll just end up booking the Rainforest length of stay instead of any spa treatments.

Thanks to everyone that's gotten back to me.
