Concierge Collection

I'm taking the easy way out here to ask - but how does one actually go about using the Concierge Collection? Can I still use borrowed and banked points if I've been saving for a big use here? I know it is night-by-night, but that's about it.

Concierge Colection is basically a trade agreement set up by DVC with outside hotels. You call member services to set up the reservations, just like any DVC reservation. There is a $95 fee to make a reservation in the Concierge Collection.
