nothing was attached. After I made a reservation they sent me an itinerary attached, so I know I can receive attachments.

Did you ever switch resorts? I started at AOA and switched to BC. Someone on here suggested that sometimes when you switch your original ressie the email from the IPO might not come. That's why I called to talk to them and they set up everything from there. :-)

Yep.. That is it.. I booked at AKL pool view and then switched to WL CL... Thanks!!

Does anyone have a current menu for the Poly CL :confused3 All I am finding is 2009 and 2010. Was just wondering. Thanks much!

Hi again!

I do remember my stays in April and May that the drinks and offerings were about 90% the same as what was posted. Just one or two of the apps shifted days. A few total of 3 a day for 7 days were different.

Can't believe you finally getting your turn! You are going to love it!

Okay thanks so much :goodvibes I am super excited to finally get to stay at the Poly! This has been a long time coming for this trip! Thanks again!

Oh, just wanted to give a heads up that if you are staying CL in the Epcot resorts during the F&W, you will most likely meet and run into the bands that perform at the Eat to the Beat concerts. We've met Kool & the Gang, the guys from Sugar Ray, and 38 Special while staying at BC CL in the past.

Um, I did not get a form either and I am also booked CL. However, I will say that the IPO has been wonderful in email, with quick responses and taking care of all of my requests. A couple of times they even emailed my full "itinerary" so I knew where my planning stood. :)

Glad you got everything taken care of :goodvibes. We've never used IPO, but it's great to know that someone is there if needed ;).

You are going to LOVE the Poly :thumbsup2. We have stayed GV and are trying CL in December and I couldn't be more excited to try it. Have a great trip :wizard:.

Maybe that's why no matter how persistent I am about calling, checking the Disney website, I cannot get the Deluxe room @ BWI or BC!! I have tried almost everyday & checked online so many times..I'll prob be happy with the Garden Cottage, but nervous!

There are only 10 Deluxe Club rooms at the BWI, 5 on the 3rd floor, 5 on the 4th floor. They are very popular.

Why are you "nervous" about the Garden Suites?

Returned from AKL CL yesterday. We absolutely loved it. The CMs were very helpful & friendly. The offerings were nice, mostly nibbles.

Our room overlooked the Arusha Savanna, we had many animals, but mostly in the late afternoon. It rained Thursday which brought the animals out.

Disney has hooked my DH, he wants CL our next trip.

We went OOP this trip, which worked very well for us. We have done the DDP since 2006 & loved it, but we have changed our habits. OOP worked well for us, with the offerings in the CL lounge we didn't want large meals. We did go to Boma for one dinner, the rest were CS which we split as servings were quite large.

We've never stayed in one before. There are 4 of us, so we'll need a rollaway bed-hoping that will be comfortable for my DD-14. I've heard they're far from everything, especially lounge, & I've heard things like the upstairs portion is hot & I don't do hot, lol!! Plus, my hubby really loves sitting on the balcony @ night & there is only 3 of them.
Yes, I know how many deluxe rooms there are, but I was really hoping someone would cancel!
All of this & we'll prob love it, but we usually stay at BC CL-& this whole experience is new!

Glad you had a great time and enjoyed AKL CL :). AKL is a beautiful resort and while we've had 2 great stays, we haven't done CL there. I have read so many great things about their CL that it is on my list of clubs to try :goodvibes.

I think there are only 6 deluxe rooms at the BC, so not very many there either. And I think those are very popular as well.

Yes..even less there, but I had my hopes up SOMEONE would cancel..hey..it's Disney..A Girl Can Dream

Roll-Away bed is not an option due to fire codes.
Far from Lounge, yes, shortest route is up one of the 3 stairwells, but many enjoy the very quiet area and access to the pool.
Lobby is VERY close, just to the left and up a flight of stairs.
Hot air does rise, but there is a ceiling fan on the loft.

I asked this to 3 different CM's at central reservations & twice to BWI IPO!!
There's four of us, & I have a DS 17 & DD 14-They're NOT going to sleep together!!!

I had a near "heart attack" thinking that we couldn't have a rollaway bed!
Apparently that only applies to DVC. I spoke to the Director of Operations at the BWI. She was very helpful, although I think I wish that I didn't get this room type. I think that its more for Honeymooners, not a family with 2 teenagers. She said there is a lack of privacy because of the loft type room upstairs. She put a request on my ressie for the 3 rooms that don't have the loft type area upstairs. We'll see. I was really upset, with all of the things that I was told on the phone encouraging me to change to this, and now there is nothing left CL for BWI. I should of listened to my gut, although with being originally booked at BC, they made me very nervous saying that Daybeds aren't always available..
Hoping for the best!!!:goodvibes

I just saw you posted that Deb on the BC thread! That is sooooo cool! I think Boys2Men are there during our stay. We are staying CL so I will have to keep my eyes out. Thanks for heads up!
