Concierge check-in after hours??

We are staying at the Polynesian concierge but arriving after midnight. Will we be checking in at the main desk in the GCH? I'm assuming so, since concierge will be closed by then. Anyone with experience with this?

We had this experience over Spring Break. We arrived close to midnight and concierge was closed. We had to go to the main desk in the lobby. They took us to our room and did what concierge would have done, only they were not waiting for us at the doorway like concierge would have. By the way, this was at the Grand Floridian.

We checked in about 1 AM at the Poly last October - had the desk to ourselves. We handled our own luggage and didn't ask for assistance --walked ourselves over to Hawaii. Didn't bother me though in the least. The only thing is we got regular keys (not the gold ones) and I kind of like the gold ones.
