Concierge Breakfast. What to do

The coffee machine is top end and the quality equals pressed coffee. You could take out some and cool it in your fridge. The CL is open 7 am to 10 pm. Ordinary coffee can be ordered from room service in a thermos

Thank you very much. I drink an equivelant to a large DD size iced coffee cup each morning. I would take about 4-6 pods Im guessing from hhis machine. That is another question, is this coffee from a pod or beans that are grounded before they brew each cup? Is it like a Kuerig? I really do not like the way the coffee tastes from Kuerigs. I know everyone loves them and its me but I just dont. Maybe Ill have to suck it up.

We bring our own press pot on the cruise. DH will drink just about anything that resembles coffee. On the other hand, I am very picky.

Thank you. I do not drink just anything and would very much rather pressed in the morning. So, since you bring your own its safe to say you have asked and they dont serve pressed?

Ill be dining in Palo and Remy twice each on our cruise next month and if they serve pressed coffee maybe the concierge can get from them? Im going with my mom and leavimg my dh and ds-17 at home, dd away at college and really had hoped I could pack on the lighter side.

Thank you both so much.

All I can say is it's ground before but tastes great best coffee on the ship.

A sit down served MDR Breakfast is held each day on cruises, occasionally it's a brunch say 9 am to noon.

The MDR breakfast is a "served" sit down or a buffet? I guess I learn something every day! I did not know this was an option other than the last day. Guess I never paid attention

The formal MDR always has a served breakfast times quoted in the navigator. This is a menu and order and served.

The Magic is getting a Concierge lounge in September midship deck 10.

I wonder if they will have trays for bringing food back to the room? We were across the hall from the lounge on the Dream and my husband brought food and coffee to the room each morning but being on deck 8 this time might be challenging. Of course I've never been on the magic before so maybe the lounge or more accessible than I'm picturing.

I " borrow " one from Cabanas just ask there, but on the Magic with rooms all over deck 8 that's a good idea.

Family of 6 stayed in a 2BR on the Wonder. We loved, loved, loved being able to order a hot breakfast (and ours was always hot) and eat around our dining table. Having stayed Concierge and also a verandah room, we found the dining table and the ability to eat hot meals in our room one of the best perks. The Wonder does not have a lounge, so we have not experienced the lounge, but we loved the privacy and coziness of breakfast in our room. When staying non-concierge, we loved the ease and convenience and variety of Cabanas.
