Concierge at Poly?

We're already booked for our 1st trip at the Poly, but I keep wondering about the concierge level. Is it worth it? Anybody who has stayed there that can give me some details? There are 3 grownups and 1 5 year old in our family group. I'm trying to make this the most super special vacation ever!!

It was fabulous! I would do it again on every vacation, except we decided to buy DVC this year. Concierge at the Poly had been my dream for about 5 years and we got to do it this year, finally!

Just everything about it was great - the mousekeeping staff (they were like invisible and everything was just perfect every time we walked into our room, multiple towel animals, turn down service).

We ate breakfast in the lounge every day but one, and that alone was a huge convenience. We also had snacks in the lounge a few afternoons, dinner a few times, and DH and I really enjoyed being able to stop up and get a drink and come back to our room after a long day in the parks. Chef Dick's food and his staff's service were wonderful.

The concierge staff was also great and really made us feel welcome.

Our view (we had an MK view) was fabulous and we saw quite a few showings of Wishes and the Electrical Light Parade from our patio.

Obviously, it's a huge splurge for most, but if you can afford it, I highly recommend it.

I think that the concierge level at the Polynesian resort is EXCELLENT for a "super special vacation"

Last year we stayed at the Poly concierege level. It was fantastic!! Especially since I normally stay at the values! LOL!!

The staff is excellent. While there I got sick and they were so helpful getting me what I needed and helping make changes to my ADRs to accomadatemy change in plans.

The food is great. We would always stop in to get a snack/drink on the way to our rooms. It was nice being able to get a cold soda.

Our room faced the quiet pool but we did spend time out on the beach watching wishes.

My family and I stayed Club Level at the Polynesian last December and it was a very good experience. The Cast Members working in the Hawaii Longhouse were great so we have nothing to complain about.

My sister and I went for a few nights as a splurge last month and it was wonderful! We mainly ate breakfast there but we did take advantage of the nightly desserts and cordials as well. The whole experience was really fantastic and worth the money.
