What is all the hype?? I have never been and not sure what is offered but you have me curious? Could someone tell me what are the perks and is this very expensive?

I hate to say that the conceirge level is expensive because it is all relative to what expensive means from one person to the other. Conceirge staff can book ADRs, make spa appointments, get golf tee times and other personal service that people do for themselves. Conceirge floors are usually quiet and a lot less hectic. Hope this helps.
