Concerned about reservation

Hi everyone! I am new here but I am concerned about my Discovery Cover reservation. I purchased my tickets in July and I recieved my order number over the phone and my credit card was charged BUT I have neveer recieved an email confirmation. Should I have recieved one? I tried to go on the website too and they no longer have availability for my date and it does not bring up my reservation....but I did purchase by phone. Help!

Is it possible that your email provider stored the confirmation email in the Junk/Spam folder and you never realized it? The best thing to do would be to call discovery cove guest services and explain the situation to them. Better to find out now and not once you get there.
