Computers down at WDW

The turnstiles couldn't scan your tickets. They just looked at my AP but they were stamping the paper tickets. Didn't see what they were doing with the resort id's.

The tip board in Epcot wasn't working either. I felt bad for the CM's.
 
It's everything. Reservations, Dining, Resorts, Cast Portal, turnstiles... It is a huge systme downtime. It has been having a huge impact on the whole property, hopefully they can get it fixed soon...
 
wonder if this means everyone that entered while the turnstyles were down will "get in free"?

On one of our trips I had ordered tickets the week we left to pick up at Guest Services our first morning. The computers were all down when we showed up, but since I had my order confirmation they gave us one day passes and told us to come back later in the day. We got our regular 5 day PH tickets that afternoon. Later in the week when something else happened, (tix's to confused at the turnstyle) I asked them to see how many days were showing and we realized that they never took off the day for that first day. I just assumed they would issue us 4 day tickets instead of 5 day since they gave us the Comp. One Days, or would somehow take that 1st day off the ticket since they knew we were in the park.

If guests couldn't have the day taken off their passes today I would assume they will end up getting this as a free day! :wizard:
 

tried to make dinner reservations for upcoming trip this evening..computers down :(
 
They were stamping the tickets. I don't know what happens the next time they go to use them.
 
Hope someone posts when everything is up and running! Guess I'll need to reconfirm everything tomorrow!
 
Oh no- today is exactly 45 days prior for my GG trip and my sister was planning on calling tonight to pay off the balance on her package- I hope they give her an extra day if they can't do it tonight. I wonder if she can do it online like I did?

Their on-line site is also down. I assume they will take that into account.

Everything is down, even the online links. I am sure, since the systems have been down all day she will be able to pay tomorrow. Since it was not her fault and they obviously know that there is an issue.

They are coming back up :) Hopefully they will stay up, but the systems are slowly reconnecting... Just wanted to let everyone know.
 
So, did the Fastpass machines accept the tickets, did the FP machines work at all? And if they didn't work, what was it like at the parks without FP?
 
if it was a mess online just imagine the mess at the resorts (checking in/out) Airport shuttles, meals and at the parks!!!!!! i called 2 hrs ago and they said it was like the old days before computers LOL only the experenced CM's were working the phones. just wonder what have happened if DCL was in port?!?! can't wait to here why this happened!! :happytv: :surfweb:
 
I've been trying to book all night...disneyworld.com still isn't working for that.
 
Tried to check on some dates to book POP. But the WDW site is still not working right. :badpc:
