computer question

Hoping someone can help me.

My virus protection subscription has run out, and I'm trying to download a new subscription, from McAfee.

I'm trying to save the file download to my desktop, like I've done before, and I'm getting a message saying:

C:\Computer and Settings\LocalService\Desktop refers to a location that is unavailable....blah, blah, blah.

Any idea what this means? Where should I save this software?

Have you tried creating a new folder and saving it there?

Yeah, and it didn't download properly.

I've already paid for the software online.

And of course, when I go to their free online chat help (I've gotten booted off several times now) I start out at #60 in line for help!

GRRRRRR!

I wonder if I can cancel this debit card transaction through my bank, and start over?
