Computer help, please

My computer is running super slow and it seems a lot of the settings have changed (i.e.. font size). I'm not sure if the kids did something to it, or what.

Could this be a virus, and if so how can I get some help?

Try running the disk cleaner. You will find it in "accessories" under the "system tools" file. If you have a lot of temp internet files this will get rid of them. good luck
