I have friends going to Disney at the end of October and they are staying at POR. They are going to need to print SW boarding passes at 12:01am on their last day there and I was wondering if anyone has been able to print them from the check in counters or somewhere. If anyone knows the answer to this I would appreciate it and pass it on to them. :wizard:

Will they have a rental car? If so, maybe they can find a 24hr Kinko's to do it at. Last I was at POR, there was no internet access unless you brought your own computer and did dial-up.

No, they are using the ME and will not have a rental car. Any other suggestions for them? I thought I remember someone saying that they were at POP and were able to print off their boarding passes. Does anyone else have any ideas or know of this? Thanks :dog:

I thought you could check in online, and then wait until you got to the airport and the agents there would print your boarding pass. Southwest has to deal with this all the time... many who go on vacation are not able to print a boarding pass for the return flight. Try posting this on the transportation board to be sure.

Here is the link to the Frequently Asked Question page for Disney's Magical Express service: click here. It currently states the following (but is subject to change at any time so place a call to see if SW has been added to the list):

I just used Disney's Magical Express two weeks ago. I departed from the Animal Kingdom Lodge and flew on American Airlines. The Magical Express Cast Members inside the AKL took my luggage and printed my boarding passes for me. It was a wonderful service. I will definitely use Disney's Magical Express again.

I read (I THINK on Deb Wills site) that POR will have high speed internet by 9/1. Since that date has already passed, why not call the hotel to see?
