Compression shin sleeve?

I noticed that i have 2 vericose veins on my legs that are very visible after my run and was wondering if wearing compression sleeve may help to keep them be not so visible and from other ones from popping up? Day to day..the veins are not very visible but really pops after a run or a day in heels.
