Complicated question regarding free DDP. Four travelling, only three eating..

Thanks, my son already goes to Great Ormond Street, the team there are excellent, but they have told us there is a chance that he may never eat or drink. Daniel is also autistic, but the non eating is down to psychological problems - his paeditrician in Nottingham didn't diagnose or investigate Daniel's severe acid reflux, it got so bad Daniel just refused to eat or drink. We are suing the asses off Nottingham Health Authority for wrecking my son's childhood.

Good call with the law suit :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Ethan also suffered with severe reflux which was linked to the non eating. He also didn't want anything in his mouth as the 1st thing shoved in it when he was born was a vent tube rather than a bottle or a "mothers inbuilt feeding device". The reflux was causing problems with his breathing so he ended up with a Thal which seemed to correct it.

On the plus side Ethan did eventually get over his aversion. He now has the most extraordinary palette, will try just about everything and has a normal teenagers ravenous appetite

Good luck with the law suit, & even more with Daniels problems.

Read the OP, my son does not eat or drink,

Lol - thanks, I realise I have to manage his food intake, it's called a Gastrostomy..

Sorry I did read it, or thought I had, I must have not read it properly. I am sorry I wasn't trying to offend you I was just trying to be helpful. I appreciate I wasn't but that wasn't intended.

Still, the CS advice stays good. I hope that was a more helpful comment.
