Complicated CRT group ADR ?

Have made my reservation with DDP and will be calling at 180+10 trying for CRT for a group of 18. I have read on other threads that you can make an ADR for any party size using the one room reservation #. Is this true for a prepay restaurant like CRT as well? Everyone in my party will be on the DDP but not everyone has made their reservation yet.

Just be prepared to pre-pay for everyone.

I booked CRT for my party of 12 (called instead of online, because I was concerned about challenges with a large group). I only gave my info for one of the 4 rooms, but I believe the CM May gave been able to see 2of the other rooms because we are "linked" in the system. 2 travelers in a 4th room were not booked yet at all on the date I made our ADRs and I made it for all 12 of us. I signed us all up for DDP, even though we weren't sure at the time if we wanted it, but I wanted to be able to reserve under DDP credits vs paying in full for 12 people at CRT! $$$$

Worked perfectly, no trouble at all. Part of our group has even decided after the fact NOT to get DDP and called to see if we needed to add a payment - they said no, the credit card number would be charged if we're a no show, but otherwise no change needed.

If you don't have DDP you will have to prepay for all 18.

If you do have DDP on your resort reservation you will not have to prepay...even if some of your party members do not have DDP.

I think you will have to call, the largest party you can book for online is 14.
