I LOVE those! Is that sandpaper or something else?

I might have to rethink mine now as I ws thinking of using shell shapes. :headache:

Thanks everyone. The sand is printed paper. It photographed really well. It was actually a whole beach scene. I just ripped off the sand at the bottom

Mazda -- can't you still use the shells? I doubt yours would look exactly like mine.

I probably will use shells because mine won't look like yours - yours are brilliant, mine will be all smudgy and crooked :guilty: I've found a nice set of stamps, and I won't be doing a topper so they will be different. But if you've not used sandpaper I might for a bit:goodvibes I'll make sure it won't touch any photos in use:thumbsup2

2 more finished -- that makes ten groups complete and 3 more to go.

Question on this first one -- at the time it seemed right to leave off the brad in the bottom left corner -- should I put it in?

The instructor at the LSS would leave it off. Say there was enough going on in that corner.

I think it'll be fine either way.

susan- those are fantastic! love them all!!! you make some really great stuff!!!

Checking in a day earlier as I am headed to a "girls weekend" this afternoon. I have half of the dance swap done and I am still waiting for the creative juices to start flowing for the zoo swap.

I've pulled out papers and stuff for 5 of my groups (though I'm still not entirely sure what I'll do for two of them, but I have paper and cardstock), I've printed my toppers and e-mailed my secret CTMH lady for the stuff I need for the other 3 groups:thumbsup2

I love Karen Fosters stuff. I didn't see any charms last time I was at the LSS. I'll need to make a special trip to try and see them.

I don't plan on getting the Soccer Cricut cart, so it'll be really cool to get something from that one.

I have paper & cardstock stickers for Camping, so I won't use the cricut cart for that one.

I don't have any of the mini-carts. Can't wait to see what you make!

Checking in. I have my paper for 3 of my groups. I have a couple of other swaps to finish up before I can start on these.

I hope to work on these this weekend, think I've said that before... but I need to find a small barn..... :)

I am checkin' in...I've got most all of my embillisment for this - still trying to find papers.

Ok. I am focusing on the ABC swap right at the moment, so I've got nothin'. Sorry. I did make sketches, but that is it. No paper (although, that is probably a lie...I have paper... :rotfl: ), yet... :)

i'm here!:wave2:
i have one template made. not sure if i want to sand or ink it?????
that's for camping.
nothing on baseball yet.

still thinkin' about it.....popcorn::

Have these in waiting to finish after I get done a few others but baseball is half done still and i cut out what I am putting on the tag so will likely finish that one this weekend.

I have ideas for the rest but not ready to start yet. They'll all be on time.
