COMPLETE Progress Holiday/Seasons Complete Page

These are great Susie!

I did get the summer group complete.

Yup, and I'm working on the slide show now, so everyone else can see it. :thumbsup2

ETA - The slide show is now on the progress post

Completed
F1. Winter. All the paper is pearlized. The rhinestones are brown. There is more brown paper at the top but the photo cut it off. I don't know what I will do about a title. I like all the words at the bottom and I am going to leave mine like that But to meet the requirements, I may cut out BRRR to send along wiith it. I got the patterned paper at ACM and the plain paper came out of the Recollections pearlized pack from Ms.

Left to do
D1: Christmas

D3: Christmas

E1: Halloween

This is all for me tonight. There was a tornado about 4 miles from the house so DS's nerves are torn up. I had to be brave of course. I got us dressed. DH is working tonight and he was going to come get us but it went away.

Those look great! You were in a scrappy mood today for sure!

And I get one! (And I have K & Co. Citronella stickers that will go great with it!) Now I'm wishing I signed up for more groups...

I bought some Wild Asparagus letters today for my spring page, along with some "Scrapbook Walls" paper. However, this is last on my (shortish) list of swaps to do, so don't expect more progress from me for a while. :)

Are we supposed to list where our paper and supplies came from when we post our prototypes? I noticed SS doing some of that and would like to know so that I know Im doing it right. I know that we neede to do that for the calendar swap. Thanks!

It's not a requirement but I have people ask me where stuff comes from sometimes and I can never remember so I thought if I wrote it out - it would already be there.

I would not be able to tell you what most of my solid colors are. If there is no label on it, I won't know.

I don't think I've had a swap where you need to tell me your element ingredients.

Thanks Ladies, now I dont have to keep track of it. Most of my things come from Js or Ms.
or Rebecca's calendar swap this past year she wanted us to write what we were using. You did the November pages AWM ans the Halloween elements with those cute spiders! and Susie June with the Hello Kitty cart.
Yeah, its a steel trap of useless info! now where are those car keys?:goodvibes

I don't think I've had a swap where you need to tell me your element ingredients.

Other boards sometimes do it, but we've never done that here.

I did that when I first started swapping (I sent the list to everyone), then I joined so many that I would run out of time or forget where all the supplies came from.
Most of my background paper is Bazzill but the patterned papers I get from all over.

I might make a master list for myself in the future so if anyone asks I would have it on hand.

Just checking in :thumbsup2 I have some ideas, some papers, and some embellishments. Now to get my mind to stop changing the ideas...

I picked up paper for CHristmas yesterday and they won't be traditional colors.

Checking in...I have the paper and embellishments for my Christmas page, just working on other swaps right now before I get to this one. :)

So I thought I posted, but it didn't go through...

I bought a few more things, but now I'm all kitted up and ready to go. I got a lot of progress done on my other swaps the other night, and by today I should finish those up.

Then all that's left are my AWM swaps. :goodvibes

I had ordered and received paper for 3 of my 4 groups and today I found the paper I want to use for the that last group. So, I've got my supplies. I'm hoping to get at least 1 prototype done before we leave for vacation, but I'm not sure I'll get to it. I'll be working on these along with the AK swap when I get back.

Here's my prototype for D3 - Christmas

The words Merry Christmas came on the paper so I didn't make a topper. I thought about using stickles on the Merry Christmas, but I think it would be a bit much so I left it alone. The gingerbread man on the mat with the 4 little squares is pop-dotted so photos can slide underneath.

Awe, the gingerbread man is adorable.

Glitter would not look right on the words. I like it just the way it is.
Did you make the threading water borders?

Yes, I made the threading water borders Now I have to go cut 6 more of them! I can do shorter ones fine, but with 12 inches I somehow get them crooked so it'll take me a few tries to get 6 more good ones!
