Sorry Ladies!! My parents came over to visit. and I have been in the middle of the dance stuff all day. Thought I had it figured out and went to double check and nope.

Challenge #4- 6 sets of photo mats again like above mix and match any combo, and they can coordinate with your previous items. Please use 2 layers of paper and embellish!

Just to make sure i am doing this right. 6 sets- is there two in a set? So a total of 12 mats? Just want to make sure I make the right amount.

Michelle, good question. When I read Rachal's post last night, I just saw "6" and "mats". I totally missed the "sets" part.

I think I-70 is in my part of the world (loosely speaking). It runs from the Denver area east to KC and St Louis, right? Do you live somewhere in that area? If so, other than Reddy, you may be my closest DIS neighbor.

We live just outside of Denver, so yes we're not more than 10ish hours away.

sounds like a fun trip! PA is full of great places!!! we lived very close when we were in Flemington NJ...lived in Plymouth Meeting PA , just outside of Philly we loved all the history in Philly, are you planning on going there? also lived close to the Poconos in Shawnee on the Delaware...

just let me know your plans for the cruise...have that day open! hope we can take you around downtown waterfront or market!

We talked about going up to Yellowstone this summer and coming home down I-25 and taking I-70 to I-35, but DH is swapped at work right now and doesn't want to take a full week off. I guess we'll be staying close to home this summer and taking a couple of long week-end minications.

cool about the font! not sure if we get to take photos of the performance due to copy right laws, so bummed about this, the teacher is finding out....maybe just "My Oompa Loompa" since I know I can get a photo of Megan in her costume...can let you know if there might be anything else later on....thanks for the offer!

I use mainly 4x6 or 4x4 pics and using the themes from the previous challenges work great for me. I love getting the coordinating pieces. Makes putting a lo together so easy.

Lisa maybe you can work something out. I know I was able to take pics of my girls during dress rehearsal for "Seussical" and at the high school they have one person take pics during dress rehearsal and then we sell the pictures CDs as a theatre fund raiser.

I mainly use 4 by 6 or smaller photos (all different sizes depending on what I print out) so if you wanted to do a set with a 4 by 6 mat and a couple smaller mats that would be fine. I have a few 5 by 7 photos from my trip- we took one of all of us together in Dh's immediate family (horizontal), a horizontal 5 by 7 of all of his family at church together on mother's day (also 5 by 7) and one of my parents and us (also horizontal) while on vacation.

Most of the time however I do 4 by 6 photos unless I am trying to do a page with lots of photos and then they are smaller. I have found that for most events we generally take all our photos at the event the same way but change formats from event to event.

I think DH took about 80 photos of the park and wildlife there (snakes, turtle, and a couple of birds) while we were in NC. We also went to a buggy festival and I have a few photos from that.

You had told me before that you do both 5 by 7 and 4 by 6 photos so I will probably make a variety with my mats. The one set I did yesterday is 4 by 6 for Disney.
