Complete Orlando - red, amber or green light?!

A very good sales person at Disney then - as they secured your booking by making you feel there was something wrong with Complete Orlando! I think it is bad form for people to use those tactics. In the same way that people get cash back from Quidco - it is to do with commission. Disney give commission to those agents referring the booking so if you buy via quidco they give money to them who in turn pass it on to you etc.... Due to exchange rates etc..Complete Orlando are able to offer a competitive price.

I too found CO to be several hundred pounds cheaper than Disney and I was able to secure my booking with a low deposit - then also buy the flights through them at an excellent rate with just a deposit. Having preciously booked with Virgin as a package I felt confident having read these boards that I could 'DIY' a bit more.

Complete Orlando were fantastic - not one problem at all for our October 2010 holiday at Old Key West.

They were helpful, friendly and I got loads of freebie voucher books - many of which I gave away on here as I would not be using them.

We have booked again with Complete Orlando for our trip to Florida this year.

Great to hear a positive review abou CO.I have had excellent service.They even booked my seats well in advance and sorted out special assistance for my mom.The girl I did use "Sarah" has left but I now have Kerry who is just as accomodating and nothing is too much trouble.

I totally agree! Plus its worth noting the experience we had this year. We are staying at Disney's Beach Club (booked last May) and in January they recategorised some of their standard rooms to garden view (this is the area we wanted) but none of the UK tour operators offer the facility to book this room category. It took a few phone calls but Complete Orlando went above and beyond and managed to secure one of these rooms with us - something Disney UK outright have refused to do for their customers!

Well I have booked today. OKW studio for three weeks, 21 day tickets and free dining plan (and mugs!!). Go on 21st July. This will be a big surprise trip - I am not telling DD until as late as possible. But I am so excited I am dying to tell her now!!! Flights next - yuck

Glad to hear the good reports of complete orlando.

I got a quote from them in April and they were friendly and helpful.

Also checked companies house and they are all up date with their accounts etc.

I have to say to disney's attitude has swayed me to complete orlando if anything!

Oh yes forgot to mention that in the excitement! I booked with Complete Orlando. Great service, price and used credit card. Disney didn't have 48% off OKW for July - so that was the deciding factor.

Im in the same boat I want the free DDP and only complete orlando has it for OKW or SSR which work out about £1000 cheeper that any of the other deluxes so I am going to give them a go. Without the free dining we would have stayed offsite anyway so as long as its a cc booking I should be OK if it all goes wrong.- heres hoping all is ok


Thanks to thoes who pointed out that this was now out for july and that complete orlando had OKW as I had somehow missed this. Ihad priced up August and was all set to book when I relised that my eldest could if she is very unluky have a uni resit those dates so needed early july- and it had not been available so I was looking at offsite - hope its still available next week as I am on hols at the moment and using the campsite comp so don't want to book through it.
