Complete Info on the $15 PH Voucher?

Hi y'all! (channeling paula deen here)

This is my dbf and I's first time getting the dining plan, and we are very excited about grabbing the steep September AP discount + Dining Plan package. In the invoice, it shows me all of the extras I get, including the $15 Planet Hollywood voucher.

What exactly does this entitle? Is it 15 bucks applied to the bill? Or is it simply a limited menu you have to choose for one person's free meal? I have read both and just wanted to get this cleared up

When we got it last summer it read $15 applied to the bill. We didn't use it though.
