You are doing a K, right? What about doing a wave/rough water at the bottom of the letter and then splashes up higher?

Or, have the water dripping down onto the raft. You'd have the bottom part of the letter the color of the raft (yellow, I think) and then water paper dripping down from the top.

I never find awesome stuff like that in Indiana... DH was thrilled to see it...and wanted to make sure it was for him! Yea, like she was so thinking of you... However, he does remember you as being the one who called to check in on us the day we came home from the hospital several years ago... He calls you his Mickster!

Thanks Ann for keeping an eye on this... Minus a little bit of Senior-itis/College attitude the day went well... I'm glad it's over and well be glad when he is moved in at college in August... His attitude is a bit much to take lately..and even his mom was complaining about it to his dad in an email...but it is what it is...we just have to grin and bear it till he is on his own in August and he realizes it isn't best to burn the bridges of the 3 parents that feed/clothe/and love you!!


Ok, off to play corn hole w/ the family!!! Loving this warm weather! 4 days of school left!!!!

So has anyone ever had a mishap while scrapping?

Today while working on my Pangani group, my wonderful Scotch Quick-Dry Adhesive bottle exploded on me! There was glue on my hand, all up my arm, down my shirt, even on my pants! Good thing that shirt was from high school, there was no saving it!

Luckily, the swap piece was turned over and away from where the giant glob of glue landed, so there is only a little bit on the back.

I think I am done for today, haha! 24 is on soon anyway!

OH my! Yes... and DDavis860 has a great story about being at the lake house... had done her swap elements (a year + ago) and her DS, bless his heart, spilt fruit punch all over her completed pieces....




Yup, when the glue explodes it's time to walk away from the pieces!!! At least you weren't glued to your seat!

For group P2 - I have King Louie. I was going to do the L and rub-on King down the side. Well...it is late and I am tired. I cut K's and rubbed on Louie. Do you mind, or would you rather have the L's? I can re-do them. Just let me know!! Thanks guys!

That is absolutely NOT a problem!!! Don't you dare remake them!!! It all states the same thing... means the same thing... just done in a different way! to my world of "having a blonde moment".... I'm sure they look fabulous!!!!
