I wrote an email (praise actually, not complaint) in early October and used dlp.guest.communication@disney.com - i.e. lower case letters. I never received any acknowledgement but the email did not bounce back either. I have always wondered if dlp actually received it, has anyone else successfully used this email address?
That's the e-mail address I used last year and received a reply about 5 days later. My complaint was also about smoking in the park. But about a Cast Member smoking as he entered the park from back stage.
