Hi,
Some of you may remember i had a complaint about being miss-sold insurance and then being told by a very rude cast member that i couldn't change it and to go to the post office for more cover.
Anyway after 5 emails to 2 different email addresses and over a month later i had a phonecall on Friday from a very polite and apologetic French man who even apologised for his accent!
The upshot after all the apologising was that they are upgrading my insurance to fully comprehensive with no extra cost to me and the rude cm has been reported to the manager. He even gave me his name if i had any further questions so i could speak directly to him.
All's well that ends well!
