Compare with Universal Hollywood

I was wondering if anyone had visited both Universal Hollywood and Orlando and could give me a run down on rides that are in both parks but different? I already read that the Mummy was a little different but was still wondering about the Terminator show and Shrek. Thanks!

Mummy and Jurassic Park are both different. USH's Mummy is shorter with a very different set of scenes and USH's JP has different effects, with a few more than IOA's. Fear Factor has different stunts in both parks. Jaws and Earthquake are stand-alone attractions at USF, whereas at USH they're part of the tram tour. The other attractions the parks share are pretty much identical.

As for exclusive attractions...

USH has Waterworld, Backdraft, FX Stages, Van Helsing, etc.
USF has Jimmy Neutron, Men in Black, E.T., Twister, Horror Make-Up Show, etc.
IOA has... everything else that USH doesn't have.

I have been to both and I think it is worth going to both.

I would agree that going to both is fine, but Hollywood is no comparison to Orlando mainly because of IOA, the hotels, more Dis parks etc. If you had to choose a stand alone vacation Orlando would win for me hands down. Going to hollyweird is fun though. And I have actually never been to the Hollywood Dis parks. However the one thing that Hollywood has, LA actually, that Orlando doesn't and that is the LA 6-Flags, which is probably the best 6-Flags in existence. That gives you a lot of parks to pick from in Hollywood, with that being said I would still prefer Orlando. To me that Backdraft in Hollyweird is pretty much a skipper, Waterworld is pretty cool, but not enough to make up for the difference by a long shot.
