Compare Expedition Everest with The Mummy @ Universal?

Please tell me how these compare??? We love the Mummy, just wondering if we would love Everest as well.

I don't think you can compare them....they are diffferent . I see EE as a great coaster with awesome theming and detail, speed and hills. The Mummy was awesome too, but the coaster part was different....

My DD and I were trying to compare them when we rode EE, but it's really not possible. They are both great coasters, just different. I'd compare EE more to a really good Matterhorn and Mummy more to a really good Space Mt, but even those aren't good comparisons.

As far as the thrill factor, maybe the Mummy and EE are in the same ballpark, but one being an inside, dark ride and one on a big hill outside, they feel real different.

It's really hard to compare the rides because their purpose is different. Both rides are awesome, but I'd probably give the edge to Expedition Everest. I'd say its better mainly because of the better theming, plus it thrills me a lil bit more. However, you'll like both rides. If you liked the Mummy then although its a slightly different ride, you'll love Everest.

ROTM is more effects-driven with tighter banking on the coaster parts, EE's more wide open. completely different experiences, love them both.

Completely agree! Both are a lot of fun but I really love the backwards part on EE!
