Company name for the Florida Project?

Does anyone know the name Walt Disney used to purchase land in Florida that has become WDW? Is it Reedy Creek something? My youngest is doing a report on Walt Disney and looking for some facts. I know it was called the Florida Project but had heard somewhere he used an alias to purchase so that the price was not hiked up.

ETA: Just think of some of the names that are represented in the windows of the fronts along Main St. Many of these dummy companies are listed there.
