Just wanted to say the staff at the BLT Community Hall were wonderful and very helpful. A cast member named Scott was unbelievably helpful to my son making tie dye shirts while I was helping my daughter.

Overall staff for the last week at Kidani, BLT and the parks was good to exceptional. Observed very few cast members who did not appear to enjoy their jobs. A great big THANK YOU to all CM's who helped make our week more magical!

that is great to hear!

I was soooo pleased to see that many of CH staff at Kidani and BLT were formally staffing SSR. SSR has a wonderful model and now it has carried on to the 2 newest homes.
Scott is wonderful!! He's a runner and while I was therein September he was great for different walking routes.
It's nice to have experienced, interactive castmembers. They really make it feel like home!

Ah yes, Scott's one of my favorites. He started out at SSR and helped pioneer the pool lift program for disabled guests. (Because of his efforts I can use the jacuzzis at SSR, first time I've been able to use them without assistance in 20 years.)

He and his boss Kristin (former Reacreation Director at SSR) moved over to BLT last year. The folks at SSR really miss them, including me.

I get to see them again next April when we stay at BLT. If Scott, Kristin or one of their friends read this, I hope you are happy, well and ready for Grandpa Mohawk and his daughter (funny hat lady) to come visit ya.

That's so nice to hear - what a great guy! It is definitely people like that who make it so much more magical!

BroganMc - have a great trip next April - I think you will really like BLT!

The two young women CMs from BLT CH who ran the pool programs in the afternoon were also EXCEPTIONAL!! DGrD(6) begged to return to the pool each afternoon so we could be there when they came out with their cart, music, games and prizes - it was a joy to watch how these young women interacted with the kids and parents and created such a fun experience for all! Kudos to the BLT CH!:thumbsup2:thumbsup2
Having an hour to put my feet up by the pool while the little ones are being entertained is a HUGE DVC perk for this Oma!
