I know that we had one going at the beginning of last year and have talked to a couple of people that thought it helped them. This is not one specific challenge thread. You set your own committment and post on how you are doing. For me I know that I am participating in a couple of challenges, but need to really work on eating more veg's right now. Then once I get that under control I'll change to what I really need to work on next. Let me know and if there is enough interest, I'll start the post on Monday and start that as week 1 of our committment.
This 1/2 marathon helped me get motivated and inspired to get in better shape and get myself back into my routine of exercising and taking time for myself. I'm ready to get healthy again and get moving.
