Commitment Thread - Week 6

Week 6 here we come. I haven't been on the boards much this weekend, so I need to go catch up on the other thread. I had a bit of a slip yesterday with eating, but I have put that behind me and am focusing on today.

My commitment for the week is to eat breakfast every morning, get my water in take up and go to bed at 11pm every night.

I am still struggling with the breakfast, but am really focusing on that this week. I have oiur dinner meals planed out through Wednesday and that should help me as well.

Keep up the great work everyone. I'll go try to get caught up on reading the threads after I get my walk in. Getting ready to get on the TM.

This looks to be a good week for me. DH and I made a menu for the week and DH did the grocery shopping this morning.

I signed up on the Oprah's challenge thread as well.

This week I will:
**Exercise 8 times
**Get in my water
**Stay within my points
**Have "no carb day", every other day (I will allow myself to have Raisin Bran for breakfast). Avoid "white stuff" everyday
**No eating after 7:30.

i'm so sad -- i did a sneak WI today after a good day OP yesterday and i'm up another pound! this makes me -3/8 for the st pattys challenge - yes that's right now I have 11 lbs to lose what is up with this?

i posted in my journal -- i did eat pizza this weekend and seems like the needle has just moved up since.

i'm sticking with my original commitment of journaling everday and staying witin my WW pts b/c i just can't seem to get it under control on the weekends STILL. i'm sorry that i'm still whining about that

my other commitments are:

stay on track with the MFM training for Apr 2 1/2 marathon
no alcohol
water everday
no white stuff

i'm not doing perfectly on my no white stuff commitment either -- but this all is stressing me out!
 
Molli-You can't let this stress you out. You know what stress will do to us. Calm down and take it one day at a time. Today, just focus on today, don't worry about what the scale said. You can do this but you can't be stressing about it. You have told me so many times that you have to keep on going and you can do this. Sending you lots of hugs today!!
 

We must have all been busy this past week. Our week 6 got down to page two and not many people around.

I know I was busy and didn't take the time to check in like I should. I will be doing better on that with week 7. I'll start a new thread later on today.

I am still struggling with getting my breakfast in each day. Not that I don't have anything to eat:), just not taking the time to eat it. By the time I think about it, I feel like it is too close to lunch. I am really going to be working on that.

How is everyone else doing? I can't believe we will be starting week 7 this evening. Have a great day!
