Commercial grade bakeware...

My dfi has asked me to search for commercial grade bakeware. She's looking for extra long loaf pans.

Any suggestions?

Try checking a kitchen supply store. If you're in the Raleigh, NC area, there is one located on South Saunders Street.

I visit cakedeco.com a lot (I do wedding cakes and stuff!) I never really looked there for equipment, but it's worth a shot!
