I just saw Disneyland's commercial for the 60th, featuring footage of Walt from the parks 60 years ago. What a fantastic commercial! It hits both nostalgia and the excitement for the new. If that doesn't draw more people in I will be shocked. I am preparing for major crowds!

We saw it last night. I got super emotional and even dh said he wishes we were going in May instead of July. So hard to wait!

I just heard a radio commercial this morning, with the same music. It got to me just a little! It also had more details, like stating that there will be a "new electric light parade, Paint the Night," and mentioning a new World of Color and new Fireworks show (with an enhanced experience or something like that). I thought that to frame it as new electric light parade was interesting, a great marketing move.
