After weeks of fiddling, I think our plan is complete for our Nov/Dec trip. We'll be staying at WL with dining plan and this will be first for our two daughters, ages 7 and 2 at the time of travel. Our 2 years old will have her birthday on the trip.
My wife should be happy that I will finally stop harassing her with yet another version of the hour of our trip plan or ask her yet again "where do you want to go on our nights out?"
Anyway, the plan is here -

Basically we're driving in on Sunday and leaving Saturday. We have two nights for just my wife and I, while we get in-room child sitting service. On the last day we are going to Animal Kingdom, stay as long as the kids want, and then take off for the long drive home after that.
I have sectioned the days up into morning block, afternoon block, and evening block. I plan for a "main park of the day" for one of those blocks and leave one block open. If the kids want to stay longer, we can extend the main park of the day into the open block. If the kids want to go to another park, we can do so too. If the kids have meltdown, open block becomes nap block
I am not going to schedule into details of what to do minute by minute. It's more or less of having a general idea of what we want to see/ride, look at the map of the park the night before, and wing it when we're there.
So, what do you guys think of the plan of attack? Is it doable for the 7 and almost 3 years olds?
Thanks.
