Ahhhhh, toes.... a beautiful sight to see first thing in the morning. Whew! Glad I got to see 'em. Now my day can actually begin.

I'm with ya on that one....I'll spare you the agony of looking at mine and Jasmine's when we get them done

Peg isn't the only one starting to feel the crunch. I had grand plans yesterday to get some stuff done and I got nothing done, well I shouldn't say that, I did get my kitchen cleaned top to bottom, now I only have the rest of the house to do before we leave Yesterday was my day that I had no appointment, no running around, nadda, however, my BF Brenda had called on Monday and asked if I could swing by the U-Rent it store and pick up cups and saucers for the teathey're having after her mom's funeral. The store is only 10 minutes from our house and she lives across town. Jas and her friend Michelle came with me and helped us get the hall set up too....such good girls.

I have done a fine job of cleaning out the fridge, freezer and cupboards before we leave, so much so that I have to go and get some food today I figure I'll hit the store on my way home from the doctors, tomorrow another doctors appt for me and Jasmine's hair....Friday Jasmine works then her mani and pedi, then Saturday my mani and pedi, get home, get Jas to work then pack like a crazy woman

Hey Peg, great pics of the Lancaster bomber....brought back memories for our parents. I didn't go to the airport, see, my house backs onto the airfield so we got to sit in the yard and it did a fly by right over the house My parents said it brought the war years back...they are both from Scotland and remember those bombers flying overhead on their way to bombing missions. My dad said imagine 100 of them flying overhead. My dad said it's funny, they seemed so much bigger when he was a child

Well friends, I should get my day started here, as much as I could go on and on about our trip, I should actually do something for it.

Thanks for the kind words. The summer is not going as I would have liked. It's not just the weather but the fact that I have been under the weather. Since I've been off my feet for so long everything has backed up and I just don't have the energy to put everything back where it's supposed to go. I'm beginning to understand how those people on the clean-up your house TV shows got to that state. Funny how Dh and the kids don't seem to notice.

But enough of me. On to your trip and packing. Okay I'll back you on needing the teapot, I'm a spot of tea kind of gal too-but not the crockpot. Of course you could leave the teapot at home and buy a new mickey themed one.

I myself, would get another bag of jellybellys and some M&M's. Especially some M&M peanuts. That way I could tell myself I was having some much needed protein at the same time.

I didn't see the enormosity of a medicine bag you must be taking. At least according to the shelves of drugs I saw in your pictures last year.

Plus where is the booze? Is that part of your garden grocer order?

It's funny how it doesn't take long for our houses to get to a state of chaos. Don't fret about it though, it will get done eventually

We were at a movie one evening and she decided to get reese's pieces...I made some smart comment to her from down the way (there were other people with us) and she said "Be quiet down there or when the lights go out I'm going to through some pieces in your popcorn and you'll never know She loves me

Oh trust me the medical bag is in there somewhere. I'll make sure there's photos this year too Diamond, don't you worry

Didn't actually order booze this timeI may live to regret this. Sorry you've been feeling so lousy. You will get your house back in order, give yourself a break, you're sick and tired

The kids spent the day at my parents so I could get the last minute packing done. Now I've neglected my house for the last few days so it looks like it blew up or threw up, pick one

I wanted tomorrow to be a fun day with the girls, Geodoc is working his last shift tomorrow. I'm going to try and get manicures for all of us and maybe breakfast or lunch with my mother-in-law, as well as the absolute last stuff to go in the cases. Limo is booked....speaking of which, Queen just informed me last night she never ordered the return limo last year, miss organization herself

I haven't been sleeping too well the last few nights, too much to think about, just pre-ordered the photopass cd, we've never done that before so hope it works out well. I'm trying to get some things done so I go to bed later and maybe sleep through the night

I'm not sure I'll be on here tomorrow so probably the next time you here from me we will be in the World
Wish for good flights and our room ready on check-in and our bags make it

I know! I can't believe it myself. I'm starting to get a little anxious about last minute things, but in the end I know it will all get done. I will think of you when we check in at AKL!

Hope you get your manicures in today, I took Jasmine last night to get her hair cut and hi-lited and it took 4 hours I kept thinking of all the things I could be doing but no, I was sitting in a salon waiting for my daughter.

Sounds like everything has fallen into place for you!! I love the last few days excitement!! It just makes you feel so alive!! Of course we are still good for the 26th!!! I pm'd you back and gave you my cell number too just in case. Sorry I was so late to reply...DD was bitten by a bug of some sort and had a bad reaction to it...her whole foot swole up and she couldn't wear any shoes....poor thing! The swelling is now almost gone, but it is still red, sore, itchy and burning she says. I felt so bad for her! At least she is up and around on it now!
