If this has been asked/answered I'm sorry but can't find it. We've been to WDW a couple times and have always used DME, love it. For our upcoming trip, my brother and sister in law are joining us, which is great! Here's the catch though: the resevervation is in my name. We live in Nashville, they're flying from Chicago. We're trying to coordinate things so that our flights arrive at MCO around the same time, but no guarantee at this point if that will happen. Will they receive their own luggage tags, do I mail them the ones I will receive? If we can't get flights at the same time, and one party leaves MCO before the other how does the voucher thing work? Thanks so much in advance for your help~!

Since you made the room reservation and DME reservation, you will receive all of the luggage tags. Send your brother and sister a photocopy of all of the DME materials and also a share of the yellow tags and vouchers.

When they arrive at the welcoming area, they can then show their materials and travel on to Disney without you if they wish to or if you got there first and left.

New vouchers will be printed at the welcoming area if not enough were sent in advance.

A reminder: Do not cut the yellow tags in half across. Do cut them lengthwise to separate them if they are all in one piece. Also if there is waxed paper on both ends, remove that from both ends before sticking the ends together.

Elaborating on the last paragraph, above: slide the luggage tag around the luggage handle before removing any backing.

You will get the DME info packet with all vouchers and luggage tags. It will be up to you to get the others their stuff. But you should have plenty of time to do that...usually DME gets their packets out about 4-5 weeks before travel dates.
Split the luggage tags off that are going to the others, also tear out their vouchers. Make a photocopy of the info page that has the directions to the checkin area....then send all that off to those not traveling with you!!

If, for some reason, they don't get the packet, no problem. They will just check their bags as usual. Then, when they get to MCO, they can either get their own bags from baggage claim or just head directly down to Level 1 to DME checkin. They can give bag info, and the claim receipts, to the DME CM. Then someone will be sent to get those bags and get them to the resort. Vouchers will be printed out and off they go.

No problem at all if some are coming from one spot and others arrive from a different city at a different time. As long as you are listed on the DME reservation, you can ride that bus.

Thanks for the help everyone, much appreciated.

One more thing I just found out this week. The reservation is under my name, but DS will arrive about 4 hours before me. I was told by the CM that she cannot check into the room without me. The CM said she could make a note on the reservation, but that is not always honored. The CM said to tell her to bring a bathing suit to kill time or she could go enjoy downtown Disney.
