My boys wear Crocs almost all the time. They make several different varieties and they stretch and mold to their feet. I actually wear the sandal versions and some of the wedges, flats, etc myself and they are extremely comfortable for me, as well. Just need to wear them in a bit before Disney.

Otherwise, they do have some athletic type sandals they wear, as well.

We swear by the Keen Newport closed-toe water shoes for toddlers/kids. Can get soaking wet in rain or in the pool/beach, and offer full rubber closure to protect little toes. Also super comfy and provide support.
