comfortable bed?

we are stay at all star movies in November and I am curious if the beds are firm with a pillow top on top. I have had surgeries on my back making it always hurt. If I find the bed not comfortable could I call mouse keeping and ask for a topper

Good luck on the bed. They're not that comfortable. It's just a generic mattress.

They don't have toppers. What you could do is order a cheap one on Amazon and have it delivered to the resort and then leave it there when you leave.

Not sure how they compare to All-Star movies, but the beds at AoA were definitely firm. Guessing they're pretty similar across the values. No pillow top though.
