comfort suites maingate, near old town mall

Hi: We need a couple of nights before going into wdw, has anybody stayed at the comfort suites near oldtown it is only a year or two old. How was it.

I think that one is called Comfort Suites Maingate East. We used that for a night before our DVC reservation in 2000. I was pleased with the resort, clean in great shape good pool and pool bar. Breakfast that was free, in the lobby. We did have a hard time finding it. It is built away from 192 so it hard to spot in the dark! If you can find that Bungee jumping thing on 192, near old town, just look behind that to find the hotel. When we stayed there, the construction on 192 was in full swing, although for only one night it did not bother us. You'll be happy to know, we just returned from another vacation down there and all of the construction is complete..much nicer!
