My family stayed there in May for 8 nights. First let me say before you read my review that I would definitely stay here again!! There were some issues which I've listed below but nothing drastic that would keep me from staying there a second time.
My family found it comfortable and the breakfast was good to take back to our room when it was too busy in the dining area and really stretched our food budget. We even sneaked up some extra yogurt cups and bananas for snacks which was handy! Shhh don't tell!

We were also on the 7th floor and it was quiet, didn't hear our neighbors through the wall at all. We were not near the elevator however...I could hear people talking as they walked by our door so I would imagine the elevator rooms are a little louder. Here's a tip - any rooms with a whirlpool tub are next to the elevator (per the reservations desk). Maybe they are set up to not be loud (I didn't go into one) but when I asked the girl that very question she admitted they were probably a little louder than other rooms. But who cares - you've got a jacuzzi!!
The dryers on the 7th and 6th floors do not work, at least they didn't when we were there. I mean they worked but they took a really long time to dry, like 3+ hours! I finally gave up and went to the 4th floor and that one worked great. Here's another tip - prop open the laundry room door when the dryer is being used. The dryers aren't vented for outside air so they just suck in all the humid air over and over so guess what - the clothes don't dry! Propping the door open with the trash can really seemed to help.
Yes the elevators were a bit slow but we got used to them. I found the room cleaned perfectly each day except for the last day where they didn't do such a great job but overall we were very pleased. The housekeeping staff even left my children's stuffed animals in funny poses, my son's monkey was hanging from a lamp that was mounted on the wall for example. This was a nice touch and just like what Disney does at their resorts. Bathroom was clean and big enough for someone to take a shower and two others at the mirror/sink all at the same time.
Beds we found quite comfortable and extra pillows and blankets are in the closet. Microwave and fridge were a godsend. There are no utensils so we grabbed a few extras from the breakfast area.
Pool hours are (I think) 24 hrs a day and it was warm when we were there. There is no lifeguard. There is also a bar out there. So put booze together with a 24 hr pool and you have kind of loud pool parties at times during the nights. Not all nights certainly, but sometimes. My daughter is 12 and was a little intimidated to go into the pool at one point as was I when the hot tub was full of rowdy teenagers. My husband on the other hand didn't care about it at all and had no trouble going in with my son. Maybe it's a girl thing lol! So I can imagine that a poolside room on a lower floor might be louder than another location. Again i didn't go in to those rooms, just making an assumption. Daytimes in the pool, no problems whatsoever!
Always had room for parking no matter how late we got back. This hotel in near Old Town which is kind of neat, antique car nights are there on certain nights. Here is a great thing about this hotel which has nothing to do with it at all! Old Town has this absolutely huge slingshot type ride with huge colored pillars that point right up into the sky. At night when you are groggy coming home from the parks and you have a tendency to get lost like we do, we found it so great to just watch for those pillars to know where our hotel was! They can be seen from really far away so it was kind of comforting!
I know I wrote a lot but if you have any other questions just let me know!
