. I think it also depends on where you carry your weight. His weight is very evenly distributed and he doesn't look like he weighs 350. But, someone who carries their weight in their hips or thighs, may have an issue. I've seen a lot of Pooh sized adults getting on the ride and fitting. My husband said that if he pulled the bar down too far, it was almost unbearable. But he now pulls it down just right and the bruising hasn't been as bad.

The biggest thing your DH needs to worry is not squishing the tenders. Advice from my DH to all guys - step in, lift, sit down.
I had no problem with it. I thought DH would.....6' 4" and 280, but he was fine.
