Can anyone tell me anything about this hotel? I am thinking of staying here on the night we arrive arround 9-11pm then transfer in the morning to our disney hotel. I was quoted a very low rate and just want to be sure.

We stayed there 3 or 4 times between 1998 and 2002. It's very OK for the price, and the rooms are comparable to Holiday Inn or Comfort Inn rooms elsewhere. We found the rooms adequate for up to 4 people in the kids suites, and 3-4 if you don't mind double beds and a rollaway. Since our kids got bigger we have moved on to larger accommodations, and now typically stay in a condo. Simple, fairly clean accommodations. At least back in 2002.

This will be my 4th (or 5th) stay - my usual 1st night stay since I also arrive at night. That said, I find this place to be a good deal for the price. Yes, the rooms are worn, but have always found them to be clean and very convenient to DTD and WDW!!

I was wondering the same thing about this motel. We are arriving on October 27th and staying the night there because of the low rate from TravelZoo before checking in with my soon to be DH's family at their timeshare in Kissimmee on the 28th. I've been reading reviews on several different travel sites and some of them made me nervous, but it overall sounds like a good place, worth it for just one night.

We're staying there 10/6 - 10/13 since we got a GREAT deal of $29.95 per night!! We have stayed there for a day or 2 in the past....and it's great for our needs. It's just myself and my DBF...and we're never in the room anyway!! It's clean, has the fridge/microwave, and is VERY close to DTD and close the the Theme Parks as well. Oh, and it has a free continental breakfast as well. And our favorite thing about this hotel....PETS ARE ALLOWED!!! We can bring our little 5lb-er!! This will be his 3rd stay at the Comfort Inn LBV....and his 5th time to WDW....and he's not even 2 years old yet!!

We stayed there for one night in June, before we checked into our villa the day after. The room we got was spacious and clean, the pool looked o.k (we didn´t use it though) and the breakfast was o.k. The breakfast are was very busy and crowded but the options were o.k. Especially considering the low price we paid for the room.

The $29.95 rate was on travelzoo.com a couple weeks ago. Recently on their website, there were some decent specials - here's link to their special packages page:

I just got back and styed there a week ago for 1 night. Didn't check in until after 10pm, but had a room on the 4th floor of building 1 facing the parking lot. The room was clean and very quiet.

Will be staying here again in Dec.
