I have not had the pleasure of seeing your show yet, but hope to in the future.

As long as your links are not in your signature you are good to go....when I meant self promoting...just the fact that the links were there is considered self-promoting or advertising. And obviously you can't control what nice things people have to say about you!!! (good for you) We did the Dream 3 times in January but did not see you onboard then...did we just miss you or did you arrive after Feb 3 (when we debarked).

Good luck on the Dream...looking forward to going back...love the ship!!!

Are you going to be on the Dream in October? We haven't seen your show yet, so we are hoping we get to when we sail on 10/9! Some of the other magicians we have seen several times now (on the Magic and Wonder), so a new show would be great!

We are loyal DCL fans and just completed a Carnival Freedom cruise to the Panama Canal (we picked it for the itinerary, not the cruise line). We saw Glen Foster on this trip and loved him! Our kids (6 & 8) loved his show too! At the end our kids wanted to meet him and he graciously spent time with them and they took pictures. Our kids are never interested in personally meeting the entertainers so that says a lot.

Glen Foster should be a regular on DCL! He is funny, witty, and a great magician that appeals to all ages. He has an amazing tribute at the end to all military, police, fire and paramedics and we are still trying to figure out how he did the last act.

We saw all of the "family comedy" shows on Carnival and they were PG-13 at best. Their material was terrible and limited to bathroom humor, minus the four letter words. If you have to result to this content, then you are not funny. We also saw all of the main stage entertainment on Carnival and thought is was just ok. Some of the costumes and show content are not appropriate for children under the age of 12...that is if you are concerned with what your children see.

Glen Foster is "magical" and needs to be a regular on Disney! Please get him to a cruise line that can truly appreciate his material!

Wow, three cruises back to back. That is awesome.

To answer your question I was on the Maiden Voyage for the Dream. I had a great time and you must have just missed me. I was on the Wonder at the beginning of February and at the end. Nothing on the books for the future yet, but I am hoping they will book me again soon.

To Kstategrad, as of right now I am not booked for October on the Dream. You never know though. I am one of the newer acts with the DCL fleet of ships. I am hoping that one day, I will become one of their regular acts.

Hopefully one day, our paths will cross.

To JDX, it was a pleasure meeting you and your family last week. I am humbled that you and your family enjoyed my show so much. I love entertaining people and especially the kids. It always make me feel good to hear that the kids were entertained and that they laughed. I remembered your family very well. It was my pleasure.

I am really hoping to get booked this Summer for one of the Alaskan Runs as well as the Med.

DCL has some very talented acts. I respect those magicians a lot and they are amazing. I am one of the newer acts for the DCL fleet of ships and I have done a handful of cruise over the past 15 months.

Still trying to earn my "Magical" ears.

I'm sorry. This whole thread smacks of self-promotion. (And I'm only posting because the thread was brought to the top again by the magician himself.) Your buddy djmatt has 2 postings on the disboard, both on this thread. Glen Foster has 8 postings on the disboards, again all on this thread. These are not people adding to the Dis community but trying to get a name out to a DCL community. Personally, I'm kinda glad now I missed your act on the Dream.

I saw him on the Dream MV. Enjoyed the slight of hand magic he did for me and my husband right by the lobby bar. So fun!! Hope to see his full show some day!!

We saw him on the Wonder on the 2/13 sailing. He was great! I would love to see him with DCL again. He did both a family show and an adult show. The family show was WONDERFUL! He had the kids AND the adults cracking up!

We were fortunate to have Glen Foster on the Maiden voyage of the Disney Dream, Jan 26, 2011. He is terrific! Will be sailing again in June on the Wonder to Alaska, hope they will put him on then, so we can get the same great entertainment!!
