People who ride my bumper in school zones while I follow the 15 mph speed limit...these people make me angry so i slow down even more

I work retail so here is retail pet peeve! There are 15 registers at my work...why, oh why, are the ones down at the end always the one with the longest lines...people find the first register they see and stay in that line while all the others near the other end are nice and short???? then, when i try to be nice and tell them registers are open down a little further with shorter lines, they don't move and then complain how long the line is they are in!!!!

Well, this IS Florida, and Alzheimers is running rampant. Every so often you can hear a page on the overhead speaker...Please check and make sure you have the proper cart. You know a senior has lost theirs when that happens! Or...Does anyone have Mrs. So and so's cart by mistake? LOL! Welcome to Florida!

I'd like to know why there has to be a bus load of seniors from their development dropped off at Publix on a SATURDAY MORNING when working people need to shop! The seniors have all week!

It's when there is a "right turn on red" and the person waits for light to turn green. I'm from Massachusetts and you know how impatient the Boston drivers are right? LOL Oh that drives me nuts.

Being stuck behind slow walkers, the kind who shuffle, who weave from side to side while they walk so you can't get by. For godsakes PICK A "lane"! There's other people behind you in the hallway, mall, wherever! If you don't want me screaming "EXCUSE ME!", then move it! If your driving is anything like your walking , we are all in big trouble!

I agree with a bunch of these!!!

Some of mine....sucking your teeth (go floss)

water all over the sink (my dh does this)

blowing your nose at a restaurant

calling the left lane the "fast lane" There isn't a fast lane ...you are supposed to drive the speed limit and it supposed to be used for passing. Most people still drive in it though (including me) but you are supposed to NOT speed. The right lane is for most of the drivers and especially those that can't or won't drive at least the speed limit.

The shopping cart thing drives me crazy also. Hey...you are NOT the only one shopping here today!!

Not using the turn signal or letting it continue to blink for miles.

Hiya,

My biggest one is, and ppl think I am mad, when plug sockets are switched on but don't have a plug in!! That little red bit on the top makes me nuts. I have to switch them off.

I have done this in my college/school and at other ppls (relatives) houses. I know, I need help LOL.

I have many more but I should be asleep so I'm off!

Ok, here is mine. I hate it when I go to a store to purchase clothing and the cashier takes the shirt off from the hanger by stretching the neck around the hanger rather then taking it out of the bottom! In my eyes it stretches the fibers in the shirt/sweaters/sweatshirts and makes them flimsy! Now whenever I purchase a shirt I make a point to take it of the hanger BEFORE I get to the register!

Okay, mine is a little anal retentive, but you asked...

I hate it when my dh uses a cereal spoon to eat ice cream, rather than an ice cream spoon. I've learned to just look away.

Oh, and one other pet peeve...doesn't anyone else know how to change the toilet paper roll besides ME????

I agree with mad4themouse. I hate irregardless. And seizuring. Since when is that a word? And people I find saying these words are not ignorant and uneducated.

My pet peeve is something I inherited from my mother...<b>the belief that what I know is right.</b> But since I really know thats not true...it gets on my nerves when I see someone making a HUGE mistake.

For example, this week my friend tells me her bf is upside down in a car and wants to sell it. So he's going to trade it in at a dealer (bad), lose $8K (bad) and then buy a used car thats been marked up several thousand (bad). In the end, he's just paid $8K more for a different car (not to mention 60 months of additional interest). MAKES NO SENSE! And <i>then</i> she tells me he's thinking of getting a NEW VEHICLE instead of used! AHHHHHHH......



(by the way, I was in this situation a few weeks ago. I sold my SUV on ebay, made $4K more than I would have trading it in. Then bought a car (private party) for $3K less than the same car was going for at Carmax. So I saved $7,000 by doing it myself and it wasn't that hard! If you need help doing this, I'm happy to help!)
