Come Back Rate at Swan/Dolphin?

Is the come back rate still around? If so, is it an option at the Swan/Dolphin? If so, is it only for the Swan/Dolphin or any other WDW hotel? We would love to try AK & BC. My DH is more likely to book another trip if there is a great rate available while we are there.

No, unfortunately the come - back rate is not an option at the S/D.
I specifically called when I was there last winter, hoping to get a good rate for a few days at the GF for our summer trip, but no dice. The CM said that the Dolphin was not included. I would be interested in knowing if that rate is still around this summer though.
