Ugh, I can't access chat and someone just told me that AOL users can't use them?? How do I go about accessing it "not" through AOL? Like with IE? Someone help me...I'm clueless!!

TinkerbellMama, it is true that the chat room does not work with the browser that is built into AOL. Once you are online, minimize your AOL window. You should have Internet Explorer on your desktop, or in your program files. Once you have opened Internet Explorer, copy and paste this link: www.disboards.com/chat

If you haven't registered for the room, register for instant access. Please note that being registered to the DIS boards is different from being registered for the chat room. Your chat room name can be up to 10 characters, so you'll have to shorten your name a bit.

If that doesn't work, I would suggest seeking help on the technical support board.
