Comcast to Buy Disney?

Has this been discussed? There is an attempt to buy Disney out for 66 billion by Comcast - one of the largest cable tv companies in the US. The deal would leave Disney stockholders with 42% of the company as the deal is currently presented. Story is at :

It is a very real proposal. It is also kicking Disney into play with Time Warner and Microsoft now also expressing interest. They halted trading of Disney this morning so they could release 1st Quarter earnings. They are up substantially.
