Combining two ADR's for large party

Hi All,

We have a party of 18 staying at BC Oct 18-24. For most ADR's we booked a table of 10 and a table of 8 within 5 minutes of each other.

Has anyone had luck contacting the restaurants to see if they would set up a large table to take the whole party rather than keeping them separated?

It will depend on which restaurants you've chosen, how popular they are, how busy they are that day, what time you've scheduled your reservations, the table arrangements in the restaurant. Trying to be seated together would involve enough adjacent tables emptying at the same time which is going to be difficult unless your reservations are at opening or near the end of the mealtime when there are more open tables. CMs will do their best, but be prepared to be seated at more than one table - hopefully near each other, but possibly not. You could try stopping by the restaurant earlier in the day to ask, but again, there's no guarantee that they'll be able to accommodate your request.
