Combining DxDDP with DDE

My family and are going to Disney this summer. If we purchase the DxDDP will I be able to use my DDE card for alcoholic drinks? Also if we are traveling with people who are not on any dinning plan can we use the DDE card on their bill?

Yes, we did this many times last May. We used the DDP for our meal and everything and if we ordered a glass of wine or whatever they applied the DDE card for that.
