Combination Autograph Pages

Does anyone have any combination autograph pages done...say, Mickey and Minnie on one page, Donald and Daisy on one page etc.

Otterpop has some really good ones. They are square pages and you would need to print them in the large, 10x10 size to allow space for the signatures, but they are great, I think
